Recruiting and the industry.

Most recruiters see the value of being an entrepreneur. The money, the freedom of no strings, literally if you use bluetooth & wireless. The wide world of the unregulated industry is frightening. You hold the keys to unlock someone’s future with a company. Anything and everything you say is being evaluated with a fine-toothed comb. Trust is given to you without a second thought, your plate is full, you can only do so much, make so much money and of course, change only so many lives.

So, now you’re here. Your firm has done yet another thing to bother you, and the seed of entrepreurship that was planted now has grown a trunk, branches and the leaves are sprouting through every oraface in your body. Gross, but that’s how it feels when you just can’t hold it in any longer. YOU are now that person that has to give notice……OMG, do you take the advice you’ve counseled your 1500 candidates? Nope, you & your boss (who’s jealous of you) agree to disagree and you’re off…..knowing that non-competes are a joke, you wait, patiently until your clients find out you’ve left……patiently,….afterall, it would be dishonest to contact them first……..and you wait…….

That’s where this will help you. Don’t wait, build your business now. Build it as an owner, not a worker-bee. This will help you put some systems in place.

Anyone who has ever started a recruiting firm, please comment/post/call, etc. Also if you have any ideas on how to help make this industry better, please by all means, share!! We can impact change if this gets big enough….

Enjoy!
